  • About Our Client

As the Commercial Leader for a dynamic, multi-cluster region, you'll take the reins of an established, high-potential market - leading a team of Regional Managers to unlock sustainable growth and exceed ambitious sales targets. This is an opportunity to architect and execute a best-in-class commercial strategy that aligns with national and zone-level priorities, while making a tangible impact on customers, teams, and the bottom line.

You'll bring a sharp, forward-thinking mindset to navigate evolving market dynamics, strengthen key customer partnerships, and activate a go-to-market approach that drives real differentiation across all Food Service channels.

This role is designed for a results-driven, people-centric leader ready to accelerate their impact - and their career - on a bigger scale. If you're energized by building high-performing teams, influencing across levels, and driving scalable, strategic growth, apply now.

    Job Description

    • Achieve volume growth (mid-single digits) through creation of a long-term vision and strategy for both clusters.
    • Inspire and unleash the potential of your team to achieve the organization's goals via the purposeful execution of coordinated strategic sales plans.
    • Act as a liaison between your field team and cross-functional/headquarters partners to resource for solutions.
    • Embrace Feedback. Coach, train, and provide direct feedback to your team members through active participation in customer meetings & events.

    The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
    • Industry Expertise: 10-15 years of experience in the Foodservice sector, with a strong grasp of the commercial dynamics, customer expectations, and sales levers that drive success in this space.
    • Category Depth: A solid foundation in the bakery segment, with a proven ability to deliver growth through category-led solutions that resonate with customers and meet market demands.
    • Commercial Impact: A consistent track record of success in business development - from acquiring new customers and expanding into new markets to accelerating top-line revenue in complex sales environments.
    • Route-to-Market Know-How: Experience leading within distributor-based models, including performance management, joint business planning, and navigating complex negotiations with key partners.
    • Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead high-performing teams - cultivating a winning culture while delivering against ambitious commercial targets.
