Job Title: Computer Operators

Minimum Education & Work Experience:

Some College & No minimum years of experience required.

Job Duties:

Perform computer work in the Statewide Financial System (SFS), Excel, and Word.

Conduct general computer entry tasks.

Manage filing and document organization.

Assist with any additional general computer-related tasks as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Hardworking and diligent.

Personable and able to work well with others.

Punctual and reliable.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Miscellaneous Information:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with a ½ hour lunch break each day, approximately 40 hours per week.

Location and Transportation: The worksite is accessible by Q8 & B13 Bus Lines. The nearest subway lines (A & C) are at Euclid Ave. & Pickin Ave., approximately a 25-minute bus ride away.

Interviews: Interviews will be conducted in person.

Training: Training will be provided.

Compensation: A $50 replacement fee is required for a Parking Garage Key Fob, if applicable.

Dress Code: Business/Casual attire is required.
