This dispatching position earns a competitive wage of $16-$22/hr , depending on skills and experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER
In this dispatching position, you're the voice of our company! With excellent customer service in mind, you take calls and schedule HVAC appointments. Your organizational skills serve you well as you coordinate schedules and dispatch service technicians in a way that helps them best utilize their time. Additionally, you take the initiative to sell comfort agreements to customers when the opportunity presents itself as well as pull permits when needed. You enjoy the variety in your workday and find fulfillment in making sure that our customers' needs are met!
