Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Customer Service Representative to provide ongoing support to our sales team. You will help improve existing practices and contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on distributed leads to assist the sales force.
• Generate store traffic and enhance market success.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone and text.
• Support the sales team by producing sales leads.
• Utilize communication scripts for consistency in messaging.
• Research information required to assist customers.
• Provide detailed information about products and services.
• Accept constructive feedback to enhance your performance.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday. No travel is required.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with customer service principles.
• Experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Data entry and typing skills, including 10-key.

Additional Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a desire to learn.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Compensation:
$16/hr plus commission.
