Job Description:
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. This dual-role position is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work behind the scenes to maintain a clean, organized workspace and step in to assist with food prep and line cooking during busy shifts. It’s a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, floors, and equipment.
• Support line cooks with prep work including chopping, portioning, and stocking ingredients.
• Assist with cooking menu items during peak service times as needed.
• Always follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and stay on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen leadership.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
