Job Description:
As a Drywall Installer at United Trades of America, you will play a crucial role in our construction team, focusing on the precise and efficient installation of drywall. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
Drywall Installation: Skillfully install and finish drywall to meet project specifications using appropriate tools and techniques.
Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for drywall installation by measuring, cutting, and fitting sheets accurately.
Material Handling: Safely handle and transport drywall materials, ensuring proper storage and protection during installation.
Joint Finishing: Apply joint compound and tape, sanding and smoothing seams for a seamless finish.
Collaboration: Work closely with construction teams, contractors, and project managers to coordinate tasks and achieve project goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards in drywall installation, addressing any issues promptly.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety regulations, using protective gear and implementing safety measures on-site.
Tools Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
