This role involves assisting the Event Manager with logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that each event runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and organization of events from inception to completion. Collaborate with the Event Manager to coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation. Manage event registrations and guest lists. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Set up event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and audio-visual equipment. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and addressing any issues that arise. Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting. Maintain accurate records of event expenses and budgets. Contribute to the marketing and promotion of events through social media and other channels.
