ABOUT THIS ROLE We Insure is building a lean, high-leverage finance organization to power both organic growth and mergers and acquisitions.
As a Financial Analyst, you will connect business performance to financial outcomes, delivering data driven insights that guide strategy and growth. You'll support FP&A reporting, build ROI models, and partner with leaders to evaluate new initiatives and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with variance analysis and key insights.
- Maintain budgets, forecasts, and dashboards linking operations to financial metrics.
- Support annual planning and business reviews with recommendations.
ROI & Decision Support - Build financial models for new products, initiatives, and investments.
- Provide analysis that supports capital allocation and business priorities.
Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze revenue, cost, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create visual reports and concise summaries for leadership.
Scenario Modeling & Risk Analysis - Develop what-if models to test assumptions and evaluate risks.
- Quantify impacts of sales performance, costs, and market changes.
Process Improvement & Systems - Streamline reporting and automate recurring analysis.
- Support optimization of tools like NetSuite or Adaptive Insights.
Cross-Functional Partnership - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Provide ad hoc analysis for strategic and operational initiatives.
Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred - Experience with ERP or planning tools (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights).
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Background in insurance or financial services.
