Office Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing front office assistant to be part of our amazing and growing team. The ideal candidate must be able to provide outstanding customer service and exceed our patients expectations. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include greeting and scheduling patients, answering phone calls, coordinating treatment with patients and explaining insurance benefits. You must be able to operate a computer proficiently, have great customer service, be proficient with math skills, and be able to multi-task. Spanish speaking required.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and one Saturdays a month from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. A typical work schedule will be between 36 hours and 42 hours.

Compensation includes dental insurance, bonuses, paid vacation time, and hourly rate $16.00 - $24.00 depending on experience. Please Apply and meet our friendly staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
