We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in our mission. As a Software Developer at Voltela, you will be responsible for the entire software stack ranging from the embedded drone software to the backend architecture and the customer frontend. You will transform our deep tech MVP into a scalable product while ensuring aviation-grade quality. You will lead software development towards our goal of 100% connection reliability and work with a team of passionate engineers, scientists, and industry experts. Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience building Python / Cython products.
  • Understanding of Session Initiation Protocol, Real-Time Transport Protocol,
  • RESTful API, PostgreSQL, Data Science and Security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a startup mentality.
  • Dedicated team player with professional attitude.
  • University degree in EECS or a related field.
Pay and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary USD 70K-90K.
  • Equity incentives 0.5%-1.5%.
