Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Gunsmith to join our team. This position focuses on repair and warranty work specifically related to shotguns. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities to provide excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and warranty work on shotguns with speed and precision
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform functional tests
• Maintain detailed records of service and warranty work
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding service needs and turnaround times
• Assist with troubleshooting and technical support
• Work with the internal team to manage parts inventory and warranty claims

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a gunsmith, preferably with a focus on shotguns
• Knowledge of firearm function, safety, and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Must be legally eligible to work with firearms in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal gunsmith training or certification
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of Black Aces Tactical product lines
