Grand Circle Corporation is hiring Remote Inbound Customer Service Reps (Traveler Support Counselor) to join our August 4th, 2025 class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers. Advise, book, and update airline reservations using code-based software. Communicate comprehensive information to travelers about products and policies. Work in a metrics-driven environment: Average Handle Time, After Call Work, Average Speed to Answer, Hold Time, Attendance, Adherence, Post Call Surveys, and values assessment. Set up stable internet and telephone services as required. Qualifications Available to work a 5-day schedule within our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9:00AM-8:00AM EST, Saturday-Sunday 9:00AM-6:00PM EST), including 1 weekend day and 2 closing shifts during the week. 5+ years of experience in a call center environment. 2+ years of remote work experience. Remote Work Requirements Hardwired internet with speeds of at least 50 MBPS download and 25 MBPS upload. Telephone service via landline or VOIP, with responsibility for setup and providing the number to GCC. Do Not Apply If Unwilling to work in a camera environment during training (6 weeks, 8 hours per day). Uncomfortable with receiving feedback, weekly quizzes, or weekly ranking. Unable to work 1 weekend day per week and 1-2 evening shifts (12pm-8pm). Unable to commit to a schedule that changes every 4-6 months. Uncomfortable with changing lunch and break times daily.
