Our Sales Agency located in Lake Oswego needs an energetic and conscientious person to provide exceptional interaction with our valued clientele. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. We strive to maintain a professional and productive sales environment that is supportive to all.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and customer inquiries.
• Assist updating records, including customer information, order histories.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Maintain and request office supplies and marketing materials.
• Track open orders and due dates. Review and prepare vendor statements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Administrative office experience required.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work in an active environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in using computer software and systems. MS Excel - strong intermediate skill level preferred

Compensation

• The annual starting salary is $42K to $48K depending upon qualifications and what you can contribute to our strength.

Location/Schedule

• Our office is located near the I5/Carman Drive exit #291 in Lake Oswego.
• Business hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
