Description
The infrastructure team for digital optimization needs a PC technician for a 3 month contract to help with PC configuration, break/fix, shipping and receiving of hardware and other miscellaneous responsibilities in regards to a PC technician.
The day to day is onsite at the office. This person will run a few Powershell scripts (will teach), then complete the pre-work before they pull the PCs out and put them on the bench, configuration and box. This person will then image, run a few scans on the image, and ensure the apps each individual user needs are there. After that, they box the PCs/laptops and ship them out. There is some customer interaction, so customer service is important. This is a temporary position. On site work only. M-F 8-30-5:00 . Entry level technology skills required. Working in team environment, hands on PC imaging, configuration and deployment, shipping. receiving. Some customer facing aspects. Will be required to follow documented processes for technical work and troubleshooting. No advanced technical troubleshooting skills required.
