Job Description
We are a local customer service oriented Real Estate Company, owned by husband and wife, that specializes in real estate sales, short term rentals, leasing and property management for residential properties, and real estate law.
We are looking for a full-time Real Estate Personal Assistant and Office Coordinator to become a part of our team!
As the Real Estate Personal Assistant you will be assisting the Real Estate Owner / Associate Broker with her sales and leasing including coordination of listings, marketing and social media platforms, and providing assistance with personal affairs. You will be assisting the owners with managing their Short Term Rental Properties, including onsite quality check walk-throughs prior to new guests arriving at the properties, answering guest’s reservation requests and questions via text or calls, overseeing the cleaning crew’s schedule, ordering and maintaining supplies, and coordinating any required repairs.
You will be responsible greeting clients and answering a multi-line phone system, ordering supplies, and coordinating maintenance of the office equipment.
You will also be assisting the Real Estate Attorney with the recording of legal documents, proof-reading of legal documents, helping with investor training classes, attending real estate investor training classes, including creating binders of course materials, and shipping books, etc.
Assisting Property Management and Accounting with tasks and special projects, as needed.
Other Skills and Abilities
Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats. Must have the ability to present and exchange information internally with co-workers, and externally with customers and the public. Information communicated ranges from routine/basic to complex and confidential information.

* 2+ years of related experience (experience in real estate and/or personal assistance preferred)

* Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

* High familiarity with social media and strong internet skills
