Restaurant Server
Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking servers for its four varied restaurants from beachside casual to elegant, fine dining . We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about food and service and enjoy guest interaction. The role requires excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. The ability to serve guests in a warm and gracious manner while anticipating their needs is key to success in this position.
The server's responsibilities include:
* Following the restaurant's sequence of service utilizing proper procedures and standards as established by management
* Taking and delivering orders in a gracious and efficient manner
* Commanding full menu knowledge and preparation methods
* Commanding knowledge of spirits, wines, and specialty beverages
* Cleaning of all supplies and equipment
* Guiding guests through their full experience at the restaurant
* Working as a team and effectively communicating to co-workers and management
* Fulfilling any special request or concerns from guests
The role requires experience in restaurants, luxury experience is preferred.
