Key Responsibilities Solution Design: Demonstrate strong understanding of Hire to Retire processes with cross-functional knowledge. Client Coordination: Lead discussions with client stakeholders and present end-to-end solutions. Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, and customize SAP Employee Central Payroll to meet business needs, with specific experience in US Payroll processes, Employee Central, Time Management, and integration with Payroll. Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Employee Central, Payroll, and third-party systems. Process Optimization: Analyze existing payroll systems to identify improvements. Compliance: Ensure payroll processes comply with US regulations. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP ECP. Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements and understand payroll processes through close stakeholder engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 8-12 years in SAP HCM / EC Payroll, with focus on Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Center, and integrations with Benefitfocus, Transamerica, Fidelity, ADP SmartCompliance. Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll certification. Technical Skills: Payroll configuration, schemas, rules, and integrations with SAP Financials and third-party applications. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities for payroll process optimization. Communication: Excellent stakeholder and team communication skills.
