As the Director of Social Services, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and their families through personalized care planning and emotional guidance. *Director of Social Services Qualifications and Responsibilities:*
* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Certified Social Worker (LBSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required
* Strong management and program development skills
* Support the planning, development, organization, implementation, evaluation, and oversight of social service programs within the facility.
* Assist in establishing, administering, and coordinating department policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
* Stay informed on current federal and state regulations, as well as professional standards, and provide recommendations for policy and procedural updates to the Director or Administrator.
* Conduct annual reviews of department policies and procedures, actively contributing to improvements and refinements.
