Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of sourcing, purchasing, production coordination, and product distribution
• Direct cross-functional teams involved in procurement, planning, customer service, warehousing, and logistics
• Maintain seamless day-to-day operations while ensuring top-tier service to internal and external stakeholders
• Build and manage vendor partnerships to support business goals
• Lead supplier cost discussions and secure favorable terms
• Maintain balanced inventory levels to align with demand
• Streamline supply chain procedures for better operational outcomes
• Coordinate material and workflow readiness for new product rollouts and engineering changes
• Promote effective use and continuous improvement of ERP systems
• Champion initiatives that enhance efficiency, cost savings, and margin improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis capabilities
• Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
• Highly organized with a sharp focus on detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

Highlights

• $100,000 – $140,000 + 15% Target Annual Bonus
