Travel RN – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut
Start Date: 8/25/2025
End Date: 11/22/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 5x8s (40 hours/week)
Shifts: Primarily 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM with up to 30% of shifts from 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM based on department needs
Call:
6 weekday calls and 6 weekend calls per 6-week schedule
Weekend call may fall on either Saturday or Sunday, 8-hour duration
Not every weekend
Minimum 3 years of OR experience
Level 1 trauma center experience required
Required specialties:
General Surgery
Robotics (DaVinci & Mako Ortho)
Urology
ENT
Neuro (cervical fusion and lumbar laminectomy)
Plastics (abdominoplasty, breast augmentation)
GYN
Orthopedics (including total knee and total hip replacements, anterior and posterior approach)
Preferred: Previous travel experience, EPIC, Surgicount, and TECSYS
Active CT RN license
