This a family kite day event sponsored by the Weequahic Park Sports Authority dedicated to unifying and improving our community. Last year, over 530 donated kites were distributed. Over 1,000 people were in attendance at this fun day event. For 2015, our goal is to distribute 1,000 kites and have over 2,000 people in attendance.
A small donation will bring help bring some joy and smiles to a child in the community..
A $25.00 donation will sponsor 10 kites for 10 kids..
A $50.00 donation will sponsor 20 kites for 20 kids..
A $75.00 donation will sponsor 30 kites for 30 kids..
A $100.00 donation will sponsor 40 kites for 40 kids..
Additional funds will go towards: beverages, meals,entertainment, etc..
