Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Airport Brand Ambassador in New York. NY

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite, New York, NY 10007

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay rate : $25-$30/hr

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the company by welcoming riders, guiding them through app usage, and ensuring a smooth pickup experience.
• Provide real-time, on-site customer support to riders and drivers, including app navigation, payment troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and manage vehicle traffic flow to maintain safe and efficient pick-up/drop-off zones at the airport.
• Communicate operational needs and adjustments, such as requesting additional vehicles or modifying traffic flow.
• Educate travelers on services, ride options, and app functionality to promote usage and increase airport trip volume.
• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and organization of designated airport zones to ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with airport operations and teams to resolve issues and provide actionable feedback for service improvements.
• Flexibly take on additional responsibilities to maintain seamless rider and driver experiences as operational needs evolve.
• Work comfortably in outdoor environments, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Apply previous experience in customer service, airport operations, event logistics, brand ambassador roles, or traffic/parking management to excel in the role.

Requirements:

• At least one year in customer service, airport operations, event logistics, brand ambassador roles, or traffic/parking management.
• Skilled at engaging with diverse individuals and building positive, professional rapport quickly.
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues in real-time and delivering effective solutions under pressure.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and adjust to changing situations with ease.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability; able to take initiative and complete tasks independently.
• Confident using and explaining app functionality.
