Bar-back

Job Summary:
Bar-backs at The Reef assist bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth bar operations during service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, and mixers as needed.
• Refill ice bins and maintain clean glassware.
• Assist in preparing garnishes and ingredients for cocktails.
• Remove empty bottles and dispose of waste properly.
• Ensure bar areas remain clean and well-organized.
• Support bartenders during busy periods by running drinks or assisting with prep.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous bar-back experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
