JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our team at ASAP Roofing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to drive revenue growth in the commercial sector. REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of roofing sales experience, with at least 1 year in commercial roofing.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (car/truck).
• Commitment to ensuring the safety of yourself and customers before, during, and after jobs.
• Driven individual with a goal-oriented mindset who thrives in a competitive environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and manage a flexible schedule.

• Strong Communication: Ability to effectively engage and persuade commercial clients about roofing services.
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, confident, and able to quickly build rapport with customers.
• Resilience: Capable of handling rejection and maintaining motivation in a sales-driven environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures all materials and crew requirements are met for successful project completion.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working in various environments and standing for extended periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, engaging them to promote our roofing services.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential customers in the commercial sector.
• Ensure all job site preparations are in order, including collecting payments and verifying materials.
• Perform final walk-throughs with clients to obtain approval and signatures upon project completion.
• Fill out weekly scorecards to track production numbers and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the production manager to schedule jobs and ensure required documents are on file.
• Take necessary photos for supplements and report any issues immediately to management.
• Return all leftover materials to the warehouse or supplier after job completion.
