As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and driving the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with our team and work closely with management to craft high-impact digital content and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engagement. This position offers a clear path to advancement as a Digital Marketing Manager, along with opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various social media and email platforms.
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with our team to align digital marketing strategies.
- Manage content creation, from concept through execution, display advertising, and video marketing.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- This position requires occasional evening and weekend availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with email marketing, lead generation, SEO/SEM, social media, and website design.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling and grammar skills required.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 annual salary
