Job Title: Title Clerk III (General Office)
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Pay: $29.43 per hour
Contract: 12 months

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Title Clerk III to support the Title Department by handling administrative tasks, managing title documents, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves data entry, file organization, mail distribution, and assisting with title searches.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter new orders and contracts into the system
• Organize and maintain title files and documents
• Search title records in databases and retrieve supporting documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including postage and deliveries
• Order office supplies and maintain office filing systems
• Assist at the front desk as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

Qualifications:
• 7-10+ years of experience in an office or client-facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Windows-based programs
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility
• Experience with office equipment (fax machines, copiers, calculators, etc.)
