Position Overview:

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across all departments. You will create engaging content, respond to customer reviews, and foster community engagement. This role requires travel between our Hales Corners and Watertown locations, collaborating with department heads to ensure relevant and impactful posts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for both locations.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms and website if applicable (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Respond to customer reviews and engage with online communities to enhance our brand reputation.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather insights and create department-specific content.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns to drive community engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel between the Hales Corners and Watertown locations
