We are seeking an Executive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Founder and CEO and our management team. This role combines handson administrative work with project coordination and oversight. The ideal candidate must be proactive detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fastpaced environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong command of the English language as proofreading and quality reviews will be required. If youve got a keen eye for detail and a talent for keeping things organized you might be just the person we need.

Note: Experience working in small online/virtual businesses is a plus but not required.

This is a fulltime 1099 contractbased workfromhome position during North American business hours (inclusive of 94 Eastern but can start earlier go later etc ). You will work directly with our Founder to manage their schedule travel arrangements and administrative tasks while also coordinating with other team members on various projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founders calendar scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Make travel arrangements including booking flights hotels and transportation

  • Coordinate all aspects of Founders speaking engagements training and client visits

  • Assist with email management and correspondence

  • Proofread documents presentations and other materials created and edited by team

  • Coordinate small projects and collect status reports from team members weekly

  • Create views in project management software to track progress and present key information

  • Maintain and update contact lists and databases

  • Handle sensitve information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

  • Provide general administrative support as needed
