His 1967 team was ranked number 1 in the nation and he was selected as USA high school coach of the year.  Ceil was a Newark teacher, the founder of the Weight Watchers franchise in Livingston, and baked cookies for the basketball team.  The Endowment is for educational and athletic activities at the high school and in the Weequahic community.  Alumni can help sustain this fund with ongoing donations.
